Role & Responsibilities: Joining our busy operations team, you will work on the entire manufacturing process. The candidate should identify and deliver improvements to enhance plant operating efficiency / throughput and reduce costs through problem solving and innovation. Hands on fault finding and problem solving with plant equipment. Facilitation of small projects to progress efficiencies, product performance and reduce costs. Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements. Prepare process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and SOPs. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of core chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat & mass transfer). Understanding of process safety and environmental standards.
