Graduate Business Consultant
Location: Leeds, based in the City Centre.
Mackenzie Stuart is a market leading Executive Search firm established in 2005, and we are searching for enthusiastic graduates to join our group of companies across Leeds, London & Harrogate. The Mackenzie Stuart Group consists of the parent company Mackenzie Stuart and subsidiary companies including Indenovo Global, TH Daniels, George Thomas, JB Andrews, Irving Knight Group, Atrio Search, Novaris Search and Sectr Partners. This position is a sales and business development role which gives you the opportunity to be client facing in the global corporate business world.
What we can offer:
* Competitive base salary of £29,000 and an uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE of £45-50k.
* Fast progression - average time to management is 12-18 months! We also give you the opportunity to become a Director of your own Recruitment Company.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant:
* Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
* Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
* Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
* This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard-working, competitive and down-to-earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
