Base pay range
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, all year round
About the Role
We are seeking a confident PA with strong administrative skills to support our COO. The COO is a member of the College Leadership Team and has a wide remit overseeing various activities at the College including facilities, catering, health and safety and risk management. The COO also has oversight of the Colleges commercial activities and sits on various boards within the College.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as key point of contact for the COO
* Diary and inbox management
* Maintaining the smooth running of the office
* 3+ years as a PA
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities
