This is a great entry point into IT with real progression, working within an enterprise scale business with broad tech exposure.
Please note this role requires 5 days per week onsite in Nottingham, it is initially a 9 week contract with either a chance of extension or move into a permanent position.
What Youll Do
* Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests
* Escalate complex issues where required
* Support hardware, software, and user issues
* Assist with device setup, builds, and deployments
Basic knowledge of:
* Windows 10 & 11
* Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
* PC/laptop hardware & peripherals (printers, etc.)
* AV/meeting room tech
What Were Looking For
* Good communication skills (spoken & written)
* Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
* Able to work with urgency and manage workload
Nice to Have
* Exposure to ticketing tools (eg, ServiceNow, Jira)
* Working towards IT certifications (eg, OEM/hardware)
