About the Role
This role sits at the heart of our laboratory service operation. You'll be the main point of contact for patients, GP surgeries, hospitals, laboratories, and internal support teams, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.
The work is varied and rewarding, combining inbound and outbound telephone calls, electronic communication, and essential administration throughout the day.
Salary: £28,808 per annum.
