We are recruiting for an experienced Void Multi Trader to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works on void social housing properties across Oxfordshire.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
You will be working on a variety of trades to bring properties up to a re-letting standard as part of ongoing maintenance contracts.
Duties
* General repairs and maintenance on void properties
* Carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, decorating
* Making properties ready for re-let standards
* Working across multiple properties daily
* Completing works efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
* Strong experience as a Multi Trader (voids/social housing preferred)
* Competent across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, etc.)
* Own tools required
* Own van essential
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
