What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible – making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.
Your role will include:
* Providing emotional support and companionship
* Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care
* Supporting people to access community activities and healthcare appointments
* Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety at all times
* Working closely with families and professionals
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive, caring attitude – we value personality over experience!
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work sleep-ins, evenings, and weekends
* Experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
* An interest in promoting independence and inclusion
