Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established law firm in Blackburn for a Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. Location: Blackburn | Hybrid Working
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)
PQE: 3‑6 years (MUST)
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial remedy proceedings, and cohabitation disputes.
- Handle children matters, including child arrangement orders, parental responsibility disputes, and specific issue applications.
- Draft legal documentation including court applications, consent orders, separation agreements, and financial settlements.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations where required.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 3‑6 years PQE in Family Law.
- Experience handling a broad caseload of private family law matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
