The team work hard to create a safe space where children can thrive – and that starts with building a fantastic staff team. Your Role: As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to help lead the home, support staff, and ensure the best outcomes for the children in our care. You’ll be hands-on in the daily running of the home, as well as playing a key role in development, compliance, and quality.
