They are now seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their Trade Customer Care team based in Andover, Hampshire. You will be playing a pivotal role in achieving sales targets by providing support to the field-based Sales Representatives, nurturing existing relationships with retail stockists across the Pharmacy and Health food store sector and increasing brand awareness of the Optibac range.
Customer Support Coordinator, the role:
Customer Outreach: managing excellent relationships with existing retail stockists (proactive regular phone calls offering stock, promotions, merchandising and marketing material and training to reach target KPIs); answering incoming trade calls and meeting customer needs (orders, questions etc); looking after customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals; providing excellent customer service (enquiries, issues and customer satisfaction)
Consumer Interaction: answering incoming consumer calls (general public); providing support with order generation and delivery queries and information and bookings relating to the call back advisory service; processing WorldPay transactions; delivering excellent customer service
Sales Support: developing relationship and supporting a team of Sales Representatives; collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies; sharing insights and feedback with the team to improve overall sales performance; processing regular sales orders received by email and ensuring accurate order entry; updating customer information in the CRM system; documenting interactions, sales activities, and relevant customer details; completing wholesaler/distributor New Line Forms
Customer Support Coordinator, the person :
Previous telesales, call centre, help desk, reception experience would be ideal
Demonstration of previous sales success with desire to exceed given targets
Keen interest in the health and wellbeing sector
Experience of working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Strong sales and commercial acumen
Continually demonstrate confidentiality, discretion and dependability
Excellent administration, interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Flexibility, ability and willingness to learn and pick up new processes
Enjoying working with people and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrate driven, hardworking and self-motivated attitude
