As Head of AI Factory, you lead an international, multi‑disciplinary AI engineering team and drive the delivery of enterprise‑grade AI solutions. You translate business priorities into actionable execution plans, shape AI architecture and standards, and oversee the implementation of scalable platforms and products. Your day includes strategic alignment, guiding senior engineers, clearing obstacles for your teams, and ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Lead and grow an international AI engineering organization with clear roles, ownership, and delivery responsibilities
* Develop and maintain an AI roadmap with defined priorities, milestones, and measurable business outcomes
* Deliver production‑grade AI products, platforms, and agentic solutions at enterprise scale
* Build a centralized AI platform that drives reuse, reduces technical debt, and accelerates delivery
* Establish technical standards, reference architectures, and governance for safe and reliable AI deployment
* Align closely with stakeholders across engineering, cybersecurity, data, and business functions to ensure adoption and impact
What You Bring
* A university degree in Artificial Intelligence, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field
* Extensive leadership experience in AI, ML, or software engineering, including responsibility for international teams
* Deep technical expertise in modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agent architecturesA proven track record of translating complex business challenges into impactful AI solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across engineering, product, and executive levels
* Fluency in English (must have); additional languages are an advantage
