With a diverse investment portfolio spanning private equity, credit, infrastructure, and secondaries, they are renowned for driving long-term value creation and innovation.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data to design and lead a global data strategy. This is a senior leadership role that will define how data underpins decision-making, powers investment insight, and drives operational excellence across a truly international platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a firm-wide data strategy aligned to business and investment priorities.
* Lead on data governance, privacy, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
* Oversee the design and evolution of scalable, secure data platforms and infrastructure.
* Partner with investment and operational teams to deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI-driven insights.
* Build and lead a high-performing global data team spanning engineering, analytics, and governance.
* Champion a data-driven culture, enhancing literacy and adoption across the organisation.
About You
* 10+ years' experience in senior data leadership, ideally within private equity, asset management, or financial services.
* Strong track record of building and scaling global data functions.
* Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms, data engineering, governance, and advanced analytics.
* Proven ability to align stakeholders and influence at senior leadership level.
* Strategic, commercially minded, and able to embed innovation responsibly.
