Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and an excellent guest experience.
* Serve food and drinks with confidence, ensuring that all items are presented according to our high standards.
* Assist with the set-up and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring the space is immaculate and ready for guests.
* Stay knowledgeable about the menu and provide recommendations to guests when necessary.
* Ensure all service areas are kept clean and well-organised throughout service.
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth, efficient service.
* Handle guest enquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

* Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or waiting role, ideally in a high-end or fine dining environment.
* A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring service standards are always met.
* Applicants must be able to visit the venue for a trial shift as part of the interview process.
