Job Description: Business Analyst (Cross-Border Healthcare Data Sharing)
Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project focused on cross-border healthcare data sharing between the UK and international partners. The role will involve defining operating processes, mapping existing workflows, and developing an operating model for future rollout.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with UK and international stakeholders to define processes for data sharing.
* Map existing processes from pilot projects and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop an operating model to support onboarding of new countries.
* Document requirements and produce clear, actionable recommendations.
* Support workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on project objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong process mapping and operating model design experience.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts (advantageous).
* Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
* Knowledge of data-sharing principles and data analysis (desirable).
Contract Details
* Length: 6 months (potential extension subject to budget)
* Location: London or Manchester (hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office)
* Travel: If based in Manchester, occasional travel to London (approx. once per month)
* Clearance: BPSS required
* Rate: £650 daily
* IR35: Inside
