Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales and business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry sector.

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
* Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one industry on a global basis
* Headhunting top industry talent for senior‑level roles internationally
* Building and managing client and candidate relationships from day one, taking responsibility for the entire end‑to‑end recruitment process
* Working towards targets and KPIs while developing your own client base from scratch
* Operating with a high level of autonomy, supported by an experienced leadership team
This role is fundamentally sales‑focused and performance‑driven, offering you direct control over your earnings and progression.
