They’re looking for someone to take ownership of the service, build a dedicated care team, and lead the business to success. What’s on offer:
£37,000-£40,000.
33 days’ annual leave (25 days + bank holidays).
Company car.
Performance related bonus scheme.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the growth of the service, reporting to the Directors.
To develop and implement a clear local marketing strategy, including social media presence and community networking, to attract privately funded clients.
To promote outstanding, person-centred care that encourages word-of-mouth referrals.
To build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and their families.
To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
To lead on the recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing care team.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Must have the right to work in the UK; please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator in a Domiciliary Care or Supported Living Care setting.
Must be working toward or have achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
