Independent Financial Adviser (Self-Employed)
An established and growing Wealth Management firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Independent Financial Adviser to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, client-focused adviser with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to build long-term relationships.
The Opportunity:
* Self-employed basis with a highly competitive commission split
* Immediate access to circa 200 existing clients to service and develop
* Realistic first year OTE of £70k+
* Six-figure earning potential from year two onwards
* No network fees
* Full administrative support, equipment and infrastructure provided - genuinely "plug and go"
* Remote/Hybrid working options available
About You:
* Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (CII or equivalent)
* Ambitious and commercially minded
* Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first approach
* Motivated to grow and develop a sustainable client bank
