Our client provides Global Marketing Services to global brands across a number of industry sectors and is currently looking for a hands-on Account Manager to join their ever expanding team.
As account manager, you will be responsible for daily operational activity including print procurement, DM campaign management; ad-hoc project management; brand compliance; following best practice across all operational processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar role, working on a client site for a Print Management organisation. Experience working with a Pharmaceutical client will be highly advantageous.
You should also tick the following boxes:
• Exceptional print (all technologies) and DM knowledge
• Able to work effectively with computer systems including relevant software such Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of dealing with all levels of staff
• Exceptional customer care ethic and ability to build relationships at all levels
