Role: Sales Coordinator
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Commission
Location: Cardiff
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Sales Coordinator with a wealth of business development experience, to join our Commercial team in Cardiff. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and promoting our hiring business.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support the Area Hire Manager in achieving KPIs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Relationship building is key to this role.
You will be highly organised, driven, tenacious, a self-starter, confident, and reliable. Experienced in business development, customer service, and sales (office-based). You will work in a supportive environment with positive and helpful colleagues.
Essential Experience - This role involves cold calling, targeted campaigns, and contacting prospective customers as part of a structured business development approach, using various resources. The goal is to develop relationships with existing and new customers and create new sales opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
* Strong experience in building customer relationships over the phone and in business development activities, such as B2B campaign calling.
* Proven experience in customer service and relationship building.
* Ability to accept and tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm.
* Strong IT skills to effectively use internal systems, ensuring customer information is current and systems are aligned.
A Full UK Driving Licence is required due to the location of the office (or cycle to work).
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Conduct structured campaigns, including cold calling within the designated area, to achieve order targets.
* Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries to generate orders and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
* Sales Support: Prepare quotations and drawings based on customer requirements, promoting the full range of Building Services to maximize value.
* Customer Care: Implement customer care programs to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
* System Management: Use internal systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) to maintain accurate customer data and system alignment.
