Location: Erith, Kent
Contract: Full Time | Permanent
Start Date: Summer 2026
Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 (Teachers’ Main and Upper Pay Scales, Outer London)

Are you a compassionate, skilled teacher with a passion for SEND education? Clarus Education is working with a vibrant setting in Erith to appoint an exceptional Teacher for Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). This is a unique opportunity to be part of an inclusive team, delivering specialist teaching for pupils with complex needs and helping them thrive academically and socially.

What You’ll Do

As an SRP Teacher, you will:

1. Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
2. Support pupils with EHCPs, particularly those with ASD and speech, language and communication needs
3. Create a motivating, inclusive learning environment that champions progress and independence
4. Work closely with teaching assistants, families, and wider professionals to ensure success
5. Use assessment effectively to inform next steps and celebrate pupil achievement
6. Support students from EYFS- KS1

7. A qualified teacher with a strong understanding of SEND practice and inclusive pedagogy
8. Creative, reflective, and able to adapt teaching to meet varying needs
