We are seeking a talented individual to join Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the President of Hong Kong and Macau. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
* Support the development and execution of Hong Kong and Macau business strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives.
* Lead and coordinate strategic projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
* Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal teams, facilitating communication and decision‑making.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.
* Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior management and key stakeholders.
What you need to have:
* Ideally 7+ years of experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
* Prior experience in employee benefits would be a plus.
* Ability to engage business stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams.
* Attention to detail, organized and ability to multi‑tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently/collaboratively as required.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
