Location: Hybrid working with the requirement to occasionally attend our Head Office (Vauxhall) and Refuge's services nationally
Salary: £49,538.49 per annum (Inclusive of London Weighting, which may not be applicable depending on your home location and any agreed permanent homeworking arrangement)
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Quality and Operational Development Manager to lead our work on strengthening and embedding quality assurance across our services. This is a vital role in ensuring that women and children receive the highest standard of support when they need it most.
As Quality and Operational Development Manager, you will lead on obtaining external accreditations, refresh internal audit processes, and oversee the development and review of operational policies. You ll work collaboratively across teams and with survivors to ensure our services reflect best practice, legal compliance, and feminist values. We re looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience in quality assurance or accreditation, and experience of working within domestic abuse or gender-based violence services, alongside a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
