As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will work with our Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure we always provide exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Michelin‑starred service standards, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
* Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout service, ensuring smooth operations, seamless guest journeys, and effective team coordination.
* Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance development of the restaurant team, creating a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
* Demonstrate and promote exceptional food, wine, and beverage knowledge, confidently guiding guests through menus.
* Uphold the restaurant’s ambience by overseeing cleanliness, lighting, music, temperature, and overall presentation in line with service requirements.
* Monitor financial controls, including revenue management, billing accuracy, stock control, and cost awareness to support profitability targets.
* Build strong relationships with guests, handling feedback professionally and creating opportunities for repeat business and guest loyalty.
* Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider management team to maintain service standards, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and deliver operational excellence.
