Job Description
3. Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and financial reports.
4. Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
8. Utilise advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyse data from multiple sources.
9. Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
12. Prior experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
13. Strong ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively.
14. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with multiple data sources.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Experience using the IFS ERP system
