What you’ll be doing
You’ll architect and optimize multi-stage customer journeys across key lifecycle touchpoints, turning automation into a core capability that drives engagement, lead conversion, and lifetime value. This role demands not just technical proficiency, but strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for data‑informed decision‑making.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience managing complex marketing automation programs, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and automation studio workflows is essential
* Solid understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects from concept to delivery
* Detail‑oriented with an analytical lens for interpreting large datasets
* Strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
* Understanding of email deliverability, GDPR, consent management.
