Role Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking conveyancing team, managing a full residential caseload while enjoying flexible working arrangements. You’ll gain exposure to freehold sales and purchases, with optional support in leasehold or new build transactions. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload: Develop your expertise while handling varied transactions
* Focus on freehold sales and purchases: Gain specialist experience in key areas of residential property
* Support and mentor with guidance from senior conveyancers: Learn from directors with proven sector success
* Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders: Build strong professional relationships and deliver excellent client service
* Maintain organisation and case management: Ensure smooth and timely progression of cases
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong knowledge of freehold sale and purchase transactions
* Experience with leasehold and/or new build transactions is a bonus (training provided)
* Excellent communication, organisational, and case management skills
