Overview
Residential Management Group’s Summer Internship programme supports local schools, colleges and universities in preparing young people for work by providing an 8‑12 week placement. The intern will work with various teams, contributing to early talent and apprenticeship programmes and assisting the business with defined projects over the summer months.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry and management tasks.
* Support teams with projects and administrative tasks.
* Help prepare reports and presentations.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
* Provide general office support, including filing and organizing documents.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes.
* Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
* Essential: Basic IT skills, including MS Office Suite; good communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to complete tasks independently; willingness to learn and take on new challenges; positive attitude and enthusiasm.
* Preferred: Previous work experience; good organisational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to manage own time effectively.
