We're looking for an experienced Receptionist to work with our corporate client in Bracknell.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to support our corporate client during a short-term assignment in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, polished office environment and be the welcoming face of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a professional first impression
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized reception area in line with health and safety standards
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate with couriers
Carry out general office administration to keep daily operations running smoothly
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a corporate setting
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
