Overview
We are representing a reputable Internation UK based law firm with a strong employment & pensions practice, currently experiencing a period of notable growth. They are seeking an ambitious Associate to join their team and play a key role in advancing the business across both commercial and public sector clients.
The Role
In this role, you will:
* Provide strategic employment law advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Draft employment contracts, policies and procedures (including disciplinary & grievance processes) for varied stakeholders.
* Handle Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to resolution.
* Support transactional employment matters (e.g., restructuring, acquisitions).
* Advise on data protection matters such as subject access requests.
* Contribute to business development: producing thought leadership, presenting at events, and developing new client relationships.
* Maintain sector-leading awareness of employment law developments and enhance the practice’s reputation.
* Uphold high standards of case file management and contribute to internal training programmes.
