Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:
Developandmaintainmediumtermproductionplan(uptoweek4)
Productionandstocktransactionadministration(JDE)
Organising3rdpartyproductionandprocessingwhererequired
SystemBillofMaterialcreationandupkeep
Packagingandpalletplanning/ordering
Organisationoftransportwhererequired
Administrationincludingdeliverynoteprinting
CommunicationofproductionschedulesandchangestotheSupplyChain/customers
Tollmillingandbranprocessingcalculations
CollateKPIdataregardingmillingandpacking. MeasureagainstandcontributetomeetingSMARTteamobjectivesincludingOEE/Operationaltargets
AbsencecoverforProductionandLogisticsPlanner(Milling,PackingandIntakeplans)
Qualification,Skills&Experience:
Experienceofplanning,schedulingandpurchasing
Greatcommunicationandco-ordinationskills
Experienceworkingwith3rdpartylogistics
ExperienceinERPsystems,JDEpreferred
