* Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels, customer visits etc and other relevant KPI's .
* Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share withing scaffolding sector.
* Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue in all PERI UP scaffolding applications
* Manage pipeline for target projects
* Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy
