As Deputy Manager, you'll be at the heart of the home - supporting the Registered Manager while leading a passionate and dedicated team. What You'll Be Doing Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care Assist in the day-to-day running of the home Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management Create a positive, nurturing culture for young people Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Mentor and develop team members to reach their potential Work collaboratively with families and external professionals Take part in on-call duties and shift leadership About You We're looking for someone who has: Experience in children's residential care (Level 3 or above preferred) A commitment to achieving (or already holds) a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care standards Excellent communication and leadership skills A proactive, positive attitude with resilience and empathy Why Join?
