The Job
We are looking for a commercially aware and astute ambitious finance professional, with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset to help provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
As the Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of developing and managing the reporting and analysis of Flight Club Darts group.
The role is expected to work with the other members of the finance, programme and central management teams to ensure timely and accurate reports & information are given
Key Responsibilities will include:
Management and development of direct reports
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
Own the Financial Analysis in the financial modelling and forecasting
Deliver financial analysis and insights, and recommendations for decision making
Own the annual group budget and regular reforecasting
Finance Build and PMO Lead
Lead the Finance process on any capital expenditure and ensure robust process into the rest of the finance team
Manage and review the work by the Finance Build team to ensure reporting is relayed to the Programme Team & Project Manager
Cashflow management and treasury oversight
Own the cashflow forecasting
Implement a new cashflow / forecasting management system
Evaluate capital projects and business initiatives to assess their financial feasibility
To be successful in this role, you'll: Be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant
Have experience in Leisure/Hospitality sector (highly desirable)
Have experience line managing a finance team
Be r esilient and deliver a consistently high-level level of performance under pressure.
Have the a bility to work in afast-pacedenvironment whilst prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines when working under pressure
Be a quick learner with goodproblem-solvingskills and a proactive approach to task in hand
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial
