About the Role
You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of large commercial clients while helping to develop new opportunities. Your expertise as an insurance broker will ensure all activity is carried out in the best interests of the client and fully aligned with FCA regulations.
Working closely with account executives and the claims team, you’ll help streamline processes and deliver a seamless, high‑quality service throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing relationships across a diverse commercial client base
* Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business enquiries
* Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal procedures
* Collaborating with executives and claims colleagues to enhance client outcomes
* Using market insight to identify opportunities and strengthen service delivery
* Meeting agreed targets and KPIs
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler
* Strong cross‑class commercial insurance knowledge
* Confident user of Acturis
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive, client‑centred approach
* Ability to work collaboratively and deliver against performance targets
