Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Inbound and outbound call handling Handling complaints and resolving (full training provided) Taking payments over the telephone Making outbound calls to recover aged debt. Liaising with external enforcement agents Responding to emails and correspondence The ideal candidate will have: Excellent customer services skills and a clear telephone manner Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
