Role Overview: We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic business teacher to join their team, who have knowledge of the GCSE business curriculum. This permanent role is perfect for someone passionate about businesses and their processes and teaching this to their students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective business lessons and deliver to students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.
* Participate in school activities and events.
* Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.
* Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching business at the secondary level in the UK.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
