1. Competitive Basic Salary £32,000+ (Varies with experience)
2. Bonus OTE £36,000+ (Performance / Efficiency)
3. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm

A Prestige Independent Dealership in Kettering are now looking to take on a new Technician. They are able to offer a competitive salary, bonus and working hours for the right person.
They specialise in prestige and sports cars, however all manufactures are worked on at this site, so ideally you will know your stuff across various brands.
The company themselves are highly regarded in the area and are the best at what they do. With a modern site, great workshop and team, this vacancy is an excellent opportunity to work within an independent environment under a family owned company, while avoiding the main dealer felling.
Our Client is offering the successful Vehicle Technician:
5. Competitive Salary Based on your experience.
6. Efficiency bonus paid monthly
7. Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
8. 1 Saturday per month
9. Training / Progression Opportunities.
Vehicle Technician Duties:
10. Carrying out Service Checks & Routine Maintenance
11. Repair work
12. Carrying out Diagnostics
13. PDI Work
14. Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
15. Carry out other duties as requested
About this Vehicle Technician role:
16. Full UK Driving Licence
17. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18. MOT Ideally (not required)
19. Able to Maintain the workshop to a high standard
20. Ideally have Hybrid/Electrical knowledge
