The Opportunity: We are seeking fully qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. Shift Pattern: * 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts). * Enjoy two weekends off every 4 weeks and extended time for family, hobbies, and personal pursuits. Salary: * £54,174 - £56,346 (£26.99 - £28.07 per hour), dependent on qualifications and experience. * Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate. Your Responsibilities: * Uphold Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP standards to ensure a compliant, secure workplace. * Deliver proactive/reactive maintenance to optimize machinery performance in production areas. * Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and troubleshoot equipment issues. * Lead root cause analysis and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives. What You Bring: * HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Engineering, plus a completed apprenticeship. * 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in maintenance, ideally within FMCG/hygienic production. * Proficiency in CMMS systems, MS Office, and technical problem-solving. * Ability to thrive under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively.
