The Deputy Manager role will: * Support the Manager in all aspects of the nursery/OSC setting. Including recruitment, training and management of staff. * You must be able to manage the setting in the absence of the manager. * To ensure that all children/families who attend the setting receive high quality care. * Plan and organise stimulating play experiences which meet the children's individual needs and to support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. * Ensure the nursery is compliant with Ofsted guidelines. * Liaise between the staff and manager.
