Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Manager for our Supported Tenancies service. This is a vital leadership role requiring passion, dedication, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct line management and supervision of Supported Housing Officers and a Tenancy Management Officer ensuring consistent, person-centred, and trauma-informed support is delivered across the service. Experience in the management of supported housing and/or homeless provision is essential.
We require a Service Manager that has the ability to lead and motive a staff team and work towards meeting work/action plans ability to communicate effectively with staff, service users and external professionals. You must have the ability to work under pressure.
