About the Role
Actio Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a precision engineering company in Willenhall as they look to add an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high‑quality machining environment and is confident using Heidenhain controls, which are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC milling machinery to produce precision components
* Working from technical drawings and ensuring all parts meet required tolerances
* Carrying out in‑process checks to maintain consistent quality
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator within precision engineering
* Heidenhain control experience is essential
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused approach
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on day shift
