Our International division offers an exciting opportunity for growth, having achieved impressive results since last year. We are seeking an experienced agency navigator to strengthen our relationships with a select group of agencies.
In this role, you will leverage your existing network and develop new contacts to solidify MiQ’s relationships with agency stakeholders and their clients. You will work closely with global and UK stakeholders, supported by the Group Agency Director, EVP, Global Sales, and the wider MiQ International Team based in London.
As an Agency Partner in the International Sales team, you’ll have the chance to:
Deliver Numbers:
* Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to revenue and profit goals.
* Manage pipeline and forecast accurately throughout the sales process.
* Qualify revenue opportunities diligently to support team objectives.
Plan and Organise:
* Create and implement sales strategies for your agencies and clients with your international and UK counterparts.
* Define project scope, understand requirements, and manage milestones to meet deadlines.
* Support international leadership with trading reviews and departmental initiatives.
Communicate:
* Build and maintain relationships within international/global teams and clients through trust and service.
* Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to support agency and client opportunities.
* Coordinate with other departments like Account Management, Trading, Data Science, and Product.
Persuade and Influence:
* Manage relationships with international agency teams at all levels.
* Use excellent communication skills to craft impactful solutions and presentations.
Understand the Product:
* Develop compelling narratives and technical explanations through storytelling.
* Identify business or media issues proactively.
* Create end-to-end multi-market solutions from briefing to delivery.
Required Experience:
* Experience in digital and programmatic solutions sales across international teams.
* Strong network of contacts within international/global teams.
* Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
* Experience guiding multi-market client briefs and understanding market nuances.
* Senior-level collaboration within agencies or media owners.
* Programmatic/analytics experience is a plus.
* Track record of meeting revenue targets.
* Experience in developing proposals and closing new business.
* Ability to present solutions to mid-senior agency personnel.
* Drive to grow personally and within the agency landscape.
