As our next Food & Beverage Team Leader, you…
Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
Work duty manager shifts as and when required.

Our hotel offers 141rooms, and restaurant, bar, room service, conference, gym, sauna and steam room.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

As Food & Beverage Team Leader you will support the team with the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the outlets. Your role will include:
7. Organise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage team
8. Ensure 5-star service quality across all F&B areas including our Restaurant, Conference and Events, In-Room Dining, and Bar
9. Lead by example, motivate, and coordinate the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations
10. Communicate feedback and key information to the Food & Beverage leadership team
11. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
12. Lead by example and conduct team training to align with premium brand and service standards
13. Collaborate with the culinary team to support with menu implementation and delivery
14. Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operation requirements
