Are you a Contentious Probate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) looking to take the next step in your career? Join a highly respected regional law firm with an expanding Contentious Probate team handling high-value disputes for a broad client base, including both medium and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
* As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:
✅ Handle a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including
* Inheritance Act claims
* Will disputes and challenges
* Executor, beneficiary and trustee disputes
* Trust litigation
✅ Assist the Partner with complex, high-value cases
* ✅ Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations
* ✅ Collaborate closely with an experienced team, offering expert legal support
✔ 4+ years PQE in Contentious Probate or Litigation with probate elements
* ✔ Strong understanding of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
* ✔ Excellent negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
* ✔ Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* ✔ A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
