The Role I am delighted to be partnering with a local product house and they are now looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of seamless, user-centred digital experiences across their product suite. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into elegant, usable solutions. This is a hands-on role where youll also mentor junior designers and help shape UX strategy across the business. What will you be doing? Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user journeys Champion user-centred design principles across teams Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams Mentor and support junior designers Contribute to and evolve the design system What do you need? 5+ years experience in UX design or product design Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking Experience with Figma Proven ability to solve complex design challenges Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design Experience working in agile environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What will I get?
