Job Purpose
As a Marketing Trainee, Content at Invesco, you will support the delivery of content marketing strategies by helping to create and optimise content that drives engagement, supports business objectives, and is continually refined to be as impactful and client‑centric as possible.
About the Team
The role is within the Invesco Investment Solutions team, a global client‑centric group of investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team in executing content marketing strategies and producing content that supports firm objectives across multiple formats, including articles, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
* Support the team on ad hoc projects and content initiatives as required, including keeping content calendars and trackers updated, reporting on activity, compliance support, competitor content analysis, and the development of content best practices.
* Utilise and advocate for content analytics, using insights to inform what works, what doesnt, and how content performance can be improved.
* Leverage AI to deliver high impact content programmes, including enhancing idea generation, content creation, and distribution.
* Adhere to established processes, templates, training, style guides, and best‑practice documentation.
* Ensure all activities are conducted in line with Invesco’s Conduct Principles.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* A passion for content marketing and/or copywriting desirable but not essential.
* Curiosity, creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
* Competent in using Microsoft programs, in particular, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Additional Requirements
* Right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.
* This role is part of the Investment20/20 Programme, a traineeship offering opportunities to network with industry professionals.
Workplace Model
Employees are expected to work at least four full days each week in an Invesco office as of October 1, 2025.
Salary
£26,500 per annum.
