This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where no two days are the same whether you're helping prep for a busy restaurant service, a wedding banquet, or a conference lunch, youll be learning from experienced chefs and working with the best seasonal ingredients.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the kitchen team with food prep and service across all sections
* Learning key culinary skills and techniques on the job
* Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen
* Getting involved in menu changes (we update 45 times a year!)
* Being a reliable and proactive member of a close-knit brigade

* A passion for food and a genuine interest in developing your skills
* A great work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
* Some basic kitchen experience or formal culinary training is ideal, but not essential
* A team player who can take direction and stay calm under pressure
