As a Maths Lecturer, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to craft dynamic lesson plans and innovative assessment strategies that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student can thrive in an inclusive and engaging environment. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the curriculum, contributing to the development of new resources, and taking an active role in curriculum meetings and projects. Beyond the classroom, you’ll inspire and guide students through recruitment and induction activities, while providing valuable ongoing assessments that elevate their educational journey. What we're looking for:

•Previous experience of delivering GCSE and / or Functional Skills Maths.

•Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.

•Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.

•The ability to work successfully within a team.

•A passion for teaching and learning.

•Excellent communication and organisational skills.

•Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week

•Annual Salary: £26,081 to £31,178 dependant on experience

•Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
