We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the automotive logistics sector, who are seeking three Delivery Administrators to join their team in Upper Heyford.
The Role
Reporting to the Account Services Manager, you will play a central role in supporting operations through the coordination of daily activities. From managing bookings and monitoring service levels to handling queries and reporting, you’ll ensure that services are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate client bookings, vehicle arrivals, and de-fleet activity
2. Manage client inboxes, queries, and complaints with professionalism
3. Monitor KPIs and escalate risks to the Account Manager when needed
4. Support with performance reporting and review meetings
5. Liaise with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
6. Provide administrative support including fines/PCN processing and reporting

7. Strong administrative background (automotive/logistics experience desirable)
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills
9. Confident IT user with high attention to detail
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
