About the Role
As a
Business Development Graduate, youll be the
CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales. Your week will be split between:
3 field-based days : Visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
2 office-based days : Prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.
Youll start with an intensive
training programme
combining classroom learning and on-the-job mentoring. As you grow, youll continue to benefit from structured development in
sales, leadership, and management with every manager at KEYENCE promoted from within.
What We Offer
Starting Salary:
£33,000 + location allowance
Quarterly Bonus:
Minimum £5,000 in Year 1 (guaranteed)

What Were Looking For
A degree in any discipline (minimum 2:2)
